How We Do it?

By understanding industry failures and clients’ expectations, we have designed a unique way of managing each client’s account to ensure the highest levels of efficiency:

  • Self created monitoring system with strict scheduling of client updates – guarantees progress updates when promised, regardless of industry inefficiencies
  • Dual account management – two people assigned to each account to ensure the client always has a dedicated point of contact within the office to assist with any queries
  • Three point check carried out whilst processing the contract to identify and resolve any objections to the transfer and complete a successful transition
  • End to end management – dedicated account managers take our clients through the process of account set up, preparing the analysis and completing the transfer whilst also providing post contract support
  • Some of our clients include 600 care homes, 300 hotels consisting of Express by Holiday Inns and other brands, 300 KFC and Pizza Hut stores.
